Being a member of China Forging Association, is graded a nationwide middle enterprise. Main products include the fitting for automobiles, engineering machineries, farming machineries, with 3 serials and 100 types. Production forging ability 30,000tons/years,have already become to gather the mold manufacturing, machine process, hot processing, the hot mold forging, for the profession of the integral whole large scale the modern forging producing base.
Main equipments: two sets of 2,500 tons hot press forging pressing machine production line,800 tons horizontal forging macnine,D65-12B radial forging machine,25T/M, 13T/M, 6T/M, 1 ton and 5 tons die hammer,1600 tons oil press,high frequency and medium frequency induction electric furnace, computer center etc. Mail cooperation factory: China heavy duty truck group, Weichai Power Group , Nanjing Auto Group, China Yituo Group Corportation, Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group INC, Shantui Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd, Shifeng Group KAMA Co., Ltd, John Deere Tiantuo Company Ltd, Shandong Foton Heavy Industries Co., Ltd etc. and exported to the USA, France, Romania, Ireland, Singapore and so on.
